A. Terms and Conditions: 

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Brew and Buzz. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site and services.​

2. Services Offered

Brew and Buzz provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Social media management

• Content creation

• Search engine optimization (SEO)

• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

• Meta and Linkedin Ads

• Web design and development

• Content Production - Textual and audio visual through our in-house studio / partnerning agencies.

• Consultation on marketing finance, marketing management, and digital growth.​

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to engage with our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are a startup founder under the age of 18, you are required to submit a proposal to us along with any other person above the age of 18.

 

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

• Refrain from sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

• Refrain from derogatory comments on any posts. ​

5. Service Agreements

• All services will be governed by separate agreements or contracts, detailing the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

• Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may involve additional costs.

• Details and scope of work will be outlined in estimates / proforma invoice / tax invoice / email for individual projects.

• For retainer projects, i.e. projects spanning minimum 3 months and above, a MOU signing is mandatory for clients and our company i.e. BrewAndBuzz Digital Services LLP​

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, branding, and materials created during the project remain the property of Brew and Buzz until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client as per the terms outlined in the service agreement.

• The Brew and Buzz website and its content (excluding user-provided content) are protected by copyright laws.​

7. Limitation of Liability

Brew and Buzz is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• Loss of profits, data, or reputation due to third-party actions, internet outages, or unforeseen circumstances.​

8. Third-Party Tools and Content

We may use third-party tools or services as part of our offerings. Brew and Buzz is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such tools or services.​

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services or website at our discretion, especially in cases of breach of these terms.​

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India only.​

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Brew and Buzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
 

B. ​Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • Refunds are only applicable for pre-paid services not yet delivered.

   • Custom or project-based services are non-refundable once work has begun or milestones are completed.
      

2. Refund Request Process

   • Clients must submit a refund request in writing, including details of the reason, to info@brewandbuzz.com 

   • Refund requests will be reviewed within 30 business days, and clients will be notified of the outcome.
      

3. Non-Refundable Services

   • Services delivered, partial work completed, or project setup fees are non-refundable.

   • Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly marketing retainers) are non-refundable for the current billing period.
      

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.

   • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

   • Payments are due as per the service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.

   • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must align with the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.​

 

C. Shipping

BrewAndBuzz deals in services industry and does not handle any hardbound products (physical in nature). All our products are stored and delivered via cloud only. Hence, shipping clause does not apply to us. All our shipping happens online, i.e. via the web only.

D. Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation by Clients

   • Clients must notify BrewAndBuzz in writing (via email: info@brewandbuzz.com) to cancel any ongoing services.

   • Cancellations must be communicated at least 15 days before the next billing cycle or project milestone.
      

2. Service Cancellation by BrewAndBuzz Digital Services LLP

   • Brew and Buzz reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment, violation of terms, or unforeseen circumstances.

   • Clients will be notified in writing with details of the reason for cancellation.
      

3. Effect of Cancellation

   • Any work completed before the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid by the client.

   • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or milestones completed before cancellation.
